TempStay®'s standard is exceptional service, which separates our
company from other furnished apartment providers. If you need anything,
we will respond either same day or the next morning. We select
properties which offer exceptional maintenance standards and you will be
provided with emergency, after-hour phone numbers. We will have a
complimentary "Welcome Package" in your apartment - which includes items
to “tide” you over for a few days, so you will not have to go shopping
before you arrive.
Our concept is unique - we want your "home away from home" to be everything you deserve. If we go into any of our apartments and are not comfortable, then we know our clients will not be either. We are so confident about our services that we urge you to research other companies. If you are not happy with your accommodations, we will void your lease after 30-days. No other company can compare to our level of service. We rely on repeat and referral business, as these are the utmost compliment our clients can give us.
